This episode we talk to Niamh Hannan, An award winning Therapist and Coach who focuses on helping women to excel in Leadership.

Niamh has previous extensive experience as a Therapist with men, women and teenagers but now focuses on coaching women in particular.

She provides both individual Coaching but she puts together groups of women to work together.  Niamh talks through how she develops a safe environment which promotes openness and mutual support.

We finish up with Niamh talking about her family, how she relaxes and her favourite music from a particular decade.
